ROAR GOODBYE - VIP PREVIEW DRINKS RECEPTION | Windsor Yards (ex-Fenwick store) | Quinta, 07. Novembro 2019

Lion sponsors, artists and event partners are invited to the VIP 'Lions Roar Goodbye' preview drinks reception at 6.30pm on Thursday 7th November at Lion HQ in Windsor Yards to view all of the fabulous lion and cub sculptures gathered together for the first and last time before the Roar Goodbye weekend on 9/10 November and charity auction on 28 November.
The evening will be a chance to network with fellow sponsors, artists and event supporters, meet some of the lions and cubs you may not have seen on the trail, enjoy drinks and nibbles, see an exhibition of lion artists's work and sponsor displays, try your hand at the traditional signwriting and fairground art used to create the magnificent 'Carter' lion and visit the Lion Shop to pick up lion t-shirts, mini-lions, scarves, tea-towels and lion jewellery.
Tickets are free, but please reserve your space ASAP so we can cater accordingly.
ROAR GOODBYE WEEKEND - 9-10 NovemberThe 'Lions Roar Goodbye' auction preview weekend is taking place on the ground floor of the ex-Fenwick store in Windsor Yards over the weekend of 9th & 10th November for the public to say their final farewells to the pride.
TRAIN - There are 2 stations in Windsor – Windsor & Eton Central + Windsor & Eton Riverside, with regular services from London. Windsor & Eton Central station is a 5 minute walk (with ramps) to Windsor YardsCAR - The Windsor Yards car park is open 24/7, with over 700 spaces. Entrance from Charles Street, SL4 1EF.The Roar venue is approx 25 metres from the Windsor Yards car park lifts.
BUS - The nearest bus stop to Windsor Yards is on Charles Street.TAXI - The nearest taxi rank to Windsor Yards is outside Windsor Castle on Thames Street. There is a taxi drop off point close to the shopping centre entrance on Charles Street.
VISITING ON FOOT - Access to Windsor Yards shopping centre is via ramps at two entrances – up from Peascod Street or down from Windsor Royal Shopping. Access can also be gained from the Plaza but this is not suitable for visitors with accessibility requirements.
